I work for a granite installation company, they should account for the stove. A stove is typically 30” wide and they will double check if you ask.

I think it’s good to have that extra little space between the drawers and the fridge. It’s pretty normal in my experience.

Are you sure the gap wasn't supposed to be on the wall side? Had you attached the left panel to the cabinet first, there would be a gap on the right

I would just not have that little cabinet by stove and have stove be the end. Your hip is always gonna hit that corner as that’s a narrow walk way.

THIS little gap, just move the whole cabinet closer and close the gap on the other side to fit the fridge
