Zipped sleepers rather than button to make night time changes easier. Also I had a changing table I literally NEVER used it.

Get boogie wipes diaper cream spray - life changing! Also, alva baby wet bags. Store extra clothes in diaper bag in that.

Im a mom of 3 under 3; get newborn pacifiers as cluster feeding is real. Cloth diapers make the best burp cloths!

You look amazing!! So glad to see your pregnancy is going well. FYI, my son and daughter-in-law had their son in October. They ended up getting a little bassinet with wheels to use in their room at night and the family room during the day, and it’s smaller than the pack n play.❤️
