Try ashak! Theyre vegan afghan dumplings, the main vegetable inside is called gandanam (if u cant find this u can use leek) and a few other veggies and spices, theyre usually topped with a tomato beef sauce BUT it is also culturally accepted to replace the beef with kidney beans
