@thisisplanetfood: ONLY ONE DISH for this pie?! #PlanetFood #familyrecipes #ukfood #chickenchorizopie #onepot #onepotpie #easymeals #budgetrecipe To an ovenproof dish add 1 leek thinly sliced, 2 cooked chicken breasts cubed, 130g chopped chorizo and 2 cloves of minced garlic Pour over 100ml chicken stock, 200g cream cheese and 75g of parmesan Add 1tsp each of oregano, basil, black pepper and ½ tsp of thyme and stir Pop in the oven at 180c-190c for 20 mins to cook the veg Bring out of the oven, mix and cover the top of the filling with a puff pastry sheet (if the mixture isn’t as thick as you would like, you can add some cornflour mixed with cold water at this point too) Poke some air holes with a knife and then pop it back in the oven for 20 mins to cook
