I think 12 weeks looks like a long time till you have a 12 week old baby and realize how little and fresh out that baby still is lol

Bonding, Nesting, Resting, allowing the Mom to heal, to rest, to recover. It’s a big deal. I was so happy to have my 1 week at home of Paternity leave in 2012. It was good.

When I was AD I got only six weeks after birth. My husband got only a few days. I'm so happy things are getting better for AD parents. ❤️

Drive. After a Csection you can’t drive. Dad there to drive to ped appointments, groceries, ect bc í physically couldn’t.

For last baby leave was 3 weeks for hubby, he did EVERYTHING, including every night shift. The 12 weeks for this one is going to be so helpful😭
