A year can make a world of a difference ✨ This is my hair growth from February 2022 to January 2023. I've had 2 trims between this and every time I look back and see how much my hair has grown- I'm always amazed. Here's a few things I've learned about hair growth: •scalp care is forever going to be the key to healthy hair growth. Healthy hair grows from a healthy scalp- so prioritize scalp care. •don't compare your growth to any one else's. Everyone's hair grows, but the ability of the growth is genetic. Sometimes hair grows quicker than others solely based on genetics. •leave your hair alone. I find that my hair has been flourishing because I'm not doing as much manipulation to it. I'm simply leaving it alone and letting it do its thing. Encuentro que mi cabello ha estado floreciendo porque no lo estoy manipulando tanto.
