CREAMY BUTTER BEANS - butter beans, garlic, chilli, mint, basil & lemon juice 🧄 • finely dice the chilli + garlic, then fry in olive oil with the butter beans. finish with chopped basil, mint & lemon juice. CARAMELISED COURGETTES - courgette, garlic, chilli, mint, basil & lemon juice 🥒 • slice the courgette, finely dice the chilli + garlic, fry in olive oil then finish with chopped basil, mint & lemon juice.
