INGREDIENTS: ● Wheat tortillas — 2 ● Eggs — 2–3 ● Cooked sausage — 150 g ● Grated mozzarella cheese — 100–150 g ● Vegetable oil — for frying ● Salt — to taste INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a skillet with vegetable oil and heat it over medium heat. 2. Place one wheat tortilla in the skillet. 3. Beat 2–3 eggs with a little salt and pour them over the tortilla. 4. Grate the cooked sausage and spread it evenly over the egg mixture. 5. Sprinkle grated mozzarella evenly over the sausage. 6. Cover with a lid and cook for about 1 minute, until the egg mixture is partially set and the cheese begins to melt. 7. Place the second wheat tortilla on top. 8. Carefully flip everything over and cook until the second tortilla becomes lightly golden and crispy. 9.
