Does Jeff like animals? If yes do you have any? I know it’s a lot to consider bringing an animal into your home but I have seen it work wonders in the assisted living home I worked in.

They put my dad on an antidepressant and it was the best thing . It’s eases his anger & frustrations. He’s very content now. It’s made it easier for my mother to care for him too 🥰

We found giving my mom a “fiddle blanket” for that anxiety/stress really helpful and distracting. As well as increasing the depression medication. Bless both of you.
