Made some aligot because you cant get much better than potato and cheese. Braised short rib Onion Carrot Celery Tomato paste Beef short rib Salt Pepper Cbco Barrel Project Brown Beef stock Thyme Rosemary Parsley Brown the short rib Cook for 3 hours at 160 Remove the ribs and strain liquid Add cornflour and bring to the boil to thicken.
