@builtbylex: Basic Cabinet Carcass. I’m keeping these built ins as basic and simple as I can. I will make a base out of 2x4’s for it to sit on and add more stretchers in the front for drawer supports when I find out exactly where they are going. I used 1x4 furring strips and cut them in half with my @RYOBI Tools USA table saw to serve as my stretcher pieces. You could also use plywood or pine. I try to keep costs low by using anything I have left over from other projects which is why I chose to use furring strips. I did not add a back panel because this will be full of drawers so you won’t see anything in the back anyway. So far, this project has cost me $0 out of pocket. You will need to decide if you want your cabinet to be frameless or have a frame. We can cover that next time! . #customcabinets #masterbedroom #bedroom #builtins #cabinetcarcass #howtomakeacabinet #cabinetbuild #builtin #custombuiltin #framlesscabinet #framecabinet #ryobi #homedepot
