i know it's harder to use than lightroom but i would recommend hugin instead of the first one, you can adjust the layers or the subject.

But you are still using an ultra wide lens to do these shots. 12-24 f4. The video in this concept does not make sense. Do the same with 35 or 50mm.

That did not produce anywhere near the results of a wide angle. You didn’t shoot it on the same plane.
