@ibakemistakes: The key thing to note is, if you want to start olaying around and having more fun with flavors in cake and pastry you HAVE to start with what sounds good to YOU and not whats trendy etc. The most important part to having great combinations is being passionate about them not just doing what a random person on the internet tells you is good. Flavor is subjective alright!! Try things out and form ur own opinions!! #cake
