yall gotta wash your sand. it will still be slightly cloudy till it settles but you NEED TO CLEAN YOUR SAND

If you washed it well it will clear within a day or so especially with filters I recommend sponge filter and just use your regular declouder

The sand should just fall on its own, that’s what happened to me but I don’t know if a filter is the best option

So basically when you add the water you use your siphon aka python and add a ziplock bag at the end and slowly and VERY GENTLY add the water so you should take out all the water and add it back also the sand depending on what sand or gravel you used might destroy your filter!!!

right so there's this stuff called accu-clear life saver fixes all kinds of murkiness in the water i re shaped yesterday water was black because of aquasoil and it cleared up in less than 24 hours
