My great Uncle who lived from 1900-1972 had a goiter the size of a grapefruit. I always got in trouble for staring at it😳

I have thyroid nodules and low pressure, I do not normally add salt to my food and I do not eat fish or seafood nor kelp lol

I don’t add salt to my food at home. But I do occasionally eat processed foods. I wonder if they use iodized salt as a rule?

Yes, My Mom had goiters as a kid in 1920’s. She told me to use iodine salt! People need to know! 😀
