Aw I feel quite lucky then. I work in a small department and we get/give decent hand overs and we would never dump a patient like that in PACU.

Oh man- i must of struck gold! Our anaesthetist aren’t allowed to leave till we’ve done the first blood pressure. But yer- the no gown kills me.
