Butter chicken is one of my favorite comfort foods and this macro friendly version is incredible and such a game changer when it comes to weight loss! Perfect with the homemade garlic naan, the flavours are amazing, so easy to make! Macros per serving (total 2 servings) Per serving without Naan or Rice: 356 calories - 58g protein | 11g carbs | 11.5g fat Per serving with 1 Naan: 520 calories - 64g protein | 38g carbs | 12.5g fat 👇🏽Ingredients (for 2 servings) Chicken marinade: • 300g raw chicken breast (cubed) • 1 tbsp crushed garlic • 1 tbsp crushed ginger • 1 tbsp paprika • 1 tsp garam masala • 1 tsp turmeric • 1/2 tsp chilli powder • 1 tsp salt & pepper • 1/2 lemon juice • 100g fat free Greek yogurt The creamy sauce: • 20g light butter • 1 onion sliced • 1/2 tsp of each seasoning used earlier • 30g peanut butter (Natural is better) • 2 large fresh tomatoes chopped • 80g fat free Greek yogurt • Garnish with fresh coriander/cilantro For the Garlic Naan (2 naans): • 70g Self Raising Flour • 80g fat free Greek Yogurt • Pinch of Baking Powder & Salt • 1 tsp Garlic Paste • Fresh or Dried Parsley Important Notes: - When mixing the dough, if it gets too sticky, add flour to your hands to make it easier to work with the dough - You can use a glass bottle to roll out the dough - Make sure you let the mix cool down before adding into your blender.
