apparently unpopular opinion but that car looked like it slowed down as soon as he seen the bikers getting behind him, causing them to be on his tail.

If he slowed down as soon as the biker got over wouldn’t have the silver car passed him but instead it looked like he started to slow down when the biker tailgated immediately and eventually the silver car passed him…. But the biker is blaming the car for slowing when they are

For everyone saying he was tailgating, the suv was passing the car on the right, the bikers got over to pass as well then the suv break checks them.
