@lovesamanthalee: Your girl is a world class jumper to conclusions and overthink, which has led me to sending many messages I regret in the heat of the moment. Through therapy, I’ve had to slow down my emotional reactivity and really process what I’m doing BEFORE the damage is done. I would get so angry that whatever I’m reacting to would be OVERSHADOWED my reaction to it. Thank you, God, for the Holy Spirit & therapy because it has really changed me for the better.
