My daughter puts hers in the freezer and let’s it sit out a little. She does a couple things first then uses it.

Oh my God yes I found your video. I remember seeing it and I just got mine and I got it with the sleeping bag accessory, and when I take it out, it’s perfectly super cold without burning you!

I use mine on my palm first to just barley warm it up then use it on my face starting with my neck! I store in the freezer!

I don’t freeze or refrigerate mine. I just let it sit out and it stays relatively cool. I have used a fridge in the past though. 🤷🏻♀️
