@shicobb: God took a girl with the ugliest story and turned it into something that can be told so beautifully. He promised that if I was obedient he’d use me to mentor people who were complete strangers who thinks that everything has to be perfect to start. My target audience was worldwide is what he said…I started my mentorship program with popcorn ceilings, walls that needed to be painted in my condo and many more issues that I considered to be “ugly conditions.” I am the girl that thumbtacked a sequin table cloth up to the wall and propped a cracked up phone on an Amazon box because I couldn’t afford a new laptop and just started mentoring others. I am the woman who worked at Kirklands for a holiday season after being terminated from my job so that I can purchase a flight to New York. Why was God sending me to New York and I was broke, no job and didn’t know how I’d pay my bills? My obedience in my ugliest state made me a 7 figure mentor who operates in 4 statesw, one of those being New York.. it all made sense why he sent me… one who has humility for God and extends grace and love to his people.
