I heard you can track your cycle they also have apps for it but idk I feel like it’s like a gamble I’m still on the pill and currently looking for another alternative too 😅

I take movisse, progesterone only pill cause I was sick on every combo pill. I don’t get a period on it which is nice cause my periods were awful

I liked the Nuva Ring! My periods were great (& i could choose if i wanted to have it) + it can be out for up to 3 hrs & still be effective.
