@tameembadi: If you can’t be bothered to carry a bench over to a lat pulldown machine and set up this exercise, heres the 2 best alternatives. The first is the kneeling lat pulldown (which I don’t really recommend, except for beginners for want to learn this movement). It has little stability and will be difficult to do as you progress in weight on this exercise. The second and best alternative is to just do single arm pulldown on lat pulldown with a slight lean back.
