Had this same thing happen to me nearly 20 years ago, when I worked for Walmart. Worked in maintenance, and had personal issues with the lead.

I work in healthcare, got injured in the parking garage leaving. They refused workers comp and also wouldn’t accommodate a week long light duty. 😬😬
