“Have you had tea?” RSP senior leader and candidate from Jhapa-5 Balen Shah began his speech in his familiar style, adding a twist by asking, “From where? Ilam or Damak?” He then moved to food and farming, questioning why Nepalis eat vegetables imported from across the border while produce from Tehrathum and Panchthar fails to reach their own markets.
