Well stated Mr. West. I'm Canadian, living in Ontario. Our "Provincial" gov't is doing exactly the same to our healthcare system here. My youngest child was a footling breach. C section delivery. All at no charge. Had we been in the USA, the procedure would have cost us $250K.
