My mom has been my greatest supporter throughout my entrepreneurial journey. Before making any major business decision, she is the first person I turn to. She has been not only my mother but also my mentor, adviser, and investor in every business I have pursued. Over the years, her faith in me helped turn my entrepreneurial dreams into reality. On a CNA paycheck, she brought my three sisters and me to this country and created opportunities for us. I watched her pursue her own entrepreneurial dreams through several businesses, from selling at the swap meet to opening a brick-and-mortar location. Her strength, sacrifice, courage, and determination taught me what it truly means to persevere. Now, at 70, she is enjoying being a grandmother while lovingly serving as a foster parent to four siblings. As long as God is with us, I will work ten times harder, never to bring shame to her name. She will never regret believing in me or investing in my dreams, and I will never leave her side.
