Yet, countless women have actually successfully escaped an attacker by fighting back. There is no one move you can learn that will guarantee safety. Our best forms of self defense are situational awareness, our gut, and actualy learning how to fight. But I’d rather give women something rather than nothing so they have the best fighting chance 💪🏼😊 . Also, when it comes to guns, studies show women who have guns are more likely to have their gun used against them than use it themselves.
