I'm pretty sure American are the only ones calling it egg rolls... the rest of the world calls it Spring rolls (fried) the rice paper is summer rolls

It’s Rice Paper! So I think it’s different by regions too. In Vietnam we use Rice paper for both; eggrolls are just fried 😂
