Make sure you don’t mix morning milk with nighttime milk. Morning has hormones to help baby wake up, night has hormones to help baby sleep!

I believe the temperature recommendation has been changed again and it’s not recommended to mix temps. I looked on the CDC guidelines it said not to.

Pro tip: get your kitchen scale out and zero it with your pitcher on it, you can measure your pumped milk that way!

I think breastmilk info has update. I had my baby 1.5 months ago and the magnet the hospital gave me says “BM is good in the fridge for up to 8 days”

I've read that mornong brest milk has more cortisol in the AM and melatonin in the PM (to help them sleep) - don't know if that's true!
