I did this into a large Dunkin iced coffee cup when I was pregnant. Only thing that helped me was a lot of little snacks.

I’m on pregnancy #2 and I also suffer the entire pregnancy from extreme nausea!! This pregnancy midway I found out about unisom and vit b6…it has been a life saver!!!!
