Next time this happens try rubbing honey on his gums. My chihuahua does this. It could be low blood sugar.

Maybe try switching foods. Yellow bile is usually the food.

when my dog did this I thought it might be his hip and it turned out to be that he has a moving kneecap.

have you taken him in to be checked? how does his knees feel when they're extended? do they pop? could be luxating patella. get some arnica! it (1)

my chi baby used to do almost the same thing when his stomach was upset. sounds crazy but I literally burped him like a baby & then he was fine.

your dog can Not speak. It's up to you to care for him. Keep close eye on for symptoms then search Vet. Find another home if u can't.

Seems a bit disoriented and it could possibly be a mild seizure pick him up and rub him when he does that and see if the vet can get some blood work

make an appointment with your vet and bring the video with you to see if it can assist. they may need to do x-rays of the low back/ hip /leg area.
