@ryjewers: Replying to @Jo Vanderlise Using high reps for Warmup Sets is totally fine but here’s another great way to warm up for an exercise. I would argue this is one of the better ways to approach warming up. Hope this helps ✌️ #bodybuilding #fy #gym #fit
