My only issue is the “CONV 3.5% down” — you either did FHA 3.5% down or CONV 5% down except the first which could’ve been 3% CONV

How does buying house #2 work? We’re in our first home & even if I saved the 3.5% down we wouldn’t qualify for the mortgage on our income.

I figure this is a lot easier to do in other states besides California. They don’t do conventional loans with 3.5% most of the time. Payment would 🚀
