Tastes awesome when toasted and seved with ricotta cheese, jam or peanut butter #bnpassionrecipes #fyp #delicious #glutenfree #baking #bread #ragi #millet #madefromscratch #homebaking Recipe for the gluten free ragi flour bread Ingredients 214 gms ragi flour 14 gms psyllium husk/isabgol 6 gms yeast 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp mixed seeds 2 cups warm water Method In a bowl, add the ragi flour, psyllium husk, salt, sugar, yeast, warm water & mix well. Once it comes together, add the mixed seeds & oil. Cover with a cloth & let it proof for 1.5 hours in a warm place. Shape it & place in a greased mould. Top it with more mixed seeds. Cover with a cloth & let it proof again for 30 minutes. Bake at 400F/200°C for 30-40 minutes until a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. Let it come to room temperature & then demould. Cut into slices & toast them. Spread butter, jam, compote, cream cheese or your favourite toppings and enjoy! #
