I’m so sick of this retinol trend. It’s actually doing so much harm! I got sucked in and pressured to keep going - got to 3-4 months in and my acne was the worst it’s ever been. I gave up and stripped it back to just cleanser, chemical exfoliant and moisturiser - acne gone.
