@diana_mengyan: Pork rib soup with Daikon and Seaweed 萝卜海带排骨汤 🥣 INGREDIENTS * Shiitake mushroom * dried seaweeds * 400g ribs * 1/2 daikon * four cloves of garlic * 2 tsp salt * spring onion INSTRUCTIONS 1. Soak the Shiitake mushroom and dried seaweeds in the warm water for 10-15 mins. Keep the soak water for later. 2. Cover the pork ribs with cold water in a pot, bring to boil over medium-high heat, cook for a few minutes till the pork ribs have changed color, discard the water, rinse under running water, drain well and set aside. 3. Add pork ribs, daikon, Shiitake mushroom, dried seaweeds and garlic in a big wok with the soak water from step 1 and 1 cup of water. 4. Bring to boil under high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour and 10 minutes with lid on. 5. Season with salt, sprinkle on top fresh spring onion to serve. #storytelling #goodsoup #asianfood
