Precomp the clip first then add twixtor, make sure your clip is centered correctly and scaled into the comp size fully before you precomp

i had this problem to okay so basically what worked for me was you have to key frame the speed as 100 first and then do what speed you actually want

hey, you have to precompose the clip if you dont want that to happen. Press ctrl+shift+ c and select"move all atributes in the new composition
