Have you tried the patches? I was put on gel right after surgery. But then we tried the patch and I got so hateful

I have Marina iud to keep endometrium lining thin and estrogel started 3 rd pump this evening but I’m hearing many woman say better to take in the morning my moods are horrendous by 4 pm so how would I switch from night to day do I skip a day and restart in the morning. I’m having my bloods done next Wednesday

Its my last time im trying the gel.. 1 pump in morning 1 pump after miday.. i tried 10 weeks the pil estradiol en i got leg cramps stoppef imidatly.. if the gel now doenzt work im gonna switch to yam creme im so tired of al those sidde effects
