🥰 I looove amaranth. I make amaranth ( popped ) porridge for breakfast with honey cardamom and vanilla beans. Good source of calcium too!

Yes! Amaranto is delicious! It’s great as a topping (plain, honey flavored or chocolate coated), in the alegría bars or as horchata (instead of rice)
