I sure need to hear this, over and over and over again. The start of 2025 hasn’t been the best, and I feel like my body is in fight or flight mode most of the time. But for the past weeks I have really tried to take action and remind myself that doing things for me, my soul and body is so much more important than trying to do everything else I feel I’m obligated to do. Because let’s face it - if we’re not present and content in our bodies and souls, it really doesn’t matter if we are the co-worker of the month, the worlds best mom or have a clean house. So I’m trying, with one step at a time. Starting with no phone in the mornings. Instead I’m practicing being present in my body, fill my soul with gratefulness and new energy before even checking my work. It’s so easy to loose touch with yourself in this busy world with expectations and pressure all around. But please, if you see this, take your time to just be you. Reconnect and fill your soul with calm, peace and love. It sounds cliche, but it is so so important. Let me know if this resonates with you, would love to hear your thoughts about this❤️
