The crunch from the @WASA crispbread makes it so satisfying. #WasaPartner If you haven’t tried Wasa crispbreads before, definitely check them out. They’re made with simple, wholesome ingredients and they’re bigger/sturdier than regular crackers so they hold up to any topping or spread (and stay crunchy)! I also have to note that they have half the cals and carbs than rice cakes and more fiber! 🙌 Perfect for New Year’s wellness goals! CHIA JAM: 1 cup strawberries ½ Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1 Tbsp maple syrup PB&J CRISPBREADS 2 Wasa Multi Grain Crispbreads 2 Tbsp peanut butter 2 Tbsp chia jam 1 tsp hemp seeds Drizzle of honey Add strawberries to a saucepan over medium-high heat and cook until the berries start to break down and the mixture is bubbling. Use the back of a spoon or potato masher to mash the berries and create your desired consistency. Stir in the chia seeds and lemon juice. Then taste, and add sweetener if desired. If your berries are sweet you might not need to add any sweetener at all. Remove mixture from heat and let the mixture cool and thicken, about 5 to 10 minutes.
