@glorioustable: Creamy Mussel 👩🏻🍳Recipe here, Ingredients ▪︎Mussel - 1kg ▪︎Butter - 1T ▪︎Clove of Garlic - 4 ▪︎Shallot - 2 ▪︎Parsley - 10 stems ▪︎Thyme - 3~4 stems ▪︎Oregano - 3-4 stems ▪︎Bay leaf - 1 ▪︎Heavy Cream - 1/4 Cooking Process 1. Wash the mussels thoroughly under running water 2. Remove mussel foot temples then put in a strainer 3. Cut the parsley stems then chop the leaves, shallots and garlic 4. Tie parsley stems, thyme, oregano and bay leaf together (This is mixed herbs) 5. Add the butter to a frying pan over medium heat 6. Add the mixed herbs and give it a flavor 7. Add the chopped shallots and garlic then fry them until softened 8. Add enough wine and boil it 9. Add mussels and parsley, cover and simmer for 5 minutes 10. Add heavy cream and mix well when the mussels open their mouths 11. Add cherry tomato, parsley and red pepper 12. It’s done Bon appetit!
