I can’t do intermittent fasting as a t2 diabetic that has a very high insulin resistance. Fasting is not for everyone 😞

I do intermittent fasting to prevent blood sugar being elevated for long periods of time. Keeps my blood sugars stable and keeps me at 8-9% body fat.
