As an ED nurse we would never be allowed to send a patient up like this to ICU they’d need an art line a central line , all the meds given and lines

GSW to the head, I’m thinking icp, cautious fluids as to not increase icp, might not need further rapid transfusion if no other injuries but head.

I work in blood bank and incoming alpha traumas are no joke. It’s a lot especially if you’re by yourself that shift
