@mariasteixeira_: All my programs and challenges are home routines but they can also be done at a gym if you prefer or simply need to be at a gym to get motivated. Currently we are doing the “Banded Glutes Challenge” which is a home program. I take 1-2 days out of my week to do the workouts at the gym but no need, you can do them all from home!
