Ask your dr about massages. I have numbness on my sides under my armpits because Inwas never told about massages to regenerate nerves

Girl the first few nights I slept on my back with my arms above my head, my mom walked in on night 3 and yelled at me hahah I thought they meant you physically CANT do that and I said “well I can??”
