a neighbor had a 3 year old in daycare when she had a baby at home. she'd bundle up baby to bring big brother to daycare.

We had a daycare at our Uni for students and they took infants in ( starting at 8 weeks old) so the parent can continue his/her education

At my work we take infants at age 8 weeks old and most of the time outside the classroom there like 10 car seats. Parents just have a base in each car
