@mllejacquesnoel: #stitch with @eren5ever absolutley no hate to this person, I just think it’s a bit funny when the tube kiddos think this is a solution or like, the weirdest most convoluted way we ever watched anime in the west. Unfortunately, the only way to counter the big streamers is by a) buying licensed physical releases from the adaptation companies when they’re available. Or b) pirating and fansubbing something pre-license and then continuing to surreptitiously distribute it after it has been licensed (not ideal; opens a fansubbing group and site up to some legal liability). But the big streamers will never care about what you want and big SM companies like google (the tube) have an interest in keeping other corporations happy (cause ad revenue). The only way you get around them and keep the titles you want is by going back to physical media. Which are uncool and def take up space. But meh. Again, no hate. Just this strikes me as a a stopgap at best and not a particulalry effective one at that. I also genuinely think I save money buying physical releases every few months over paying for multiple monthly subs. — #anime #animanga #animangatiktok #animangatiktok #anime #animefyp #animefan #animefypシ #animetiktok #anitok #anitoker #anitoker #anitokers #anitokanimetiktok #anitoktok #animefypp #animecommunity #animecomm #animecommentary #streamingservices #latestagecapitalism #latestagecapitalismblues
