I don't think DT carries it but I utilize ground turkey a lot because the cost is usually $1/lb lower than beef.

I tried to make a beef veggie soup & got a taste I couldn’t get past but when I rinsed it like you did it took the taste I didn’t like away. Great tip

Beef heart is delicious. Also venison. Ate it growing up. People have added bread crumbs or soy to burgers for decades so the meat stretches.

Would these be safe for pregnant women? Ive heard organ meat isn’t always advised due to high vitamin A & certain pathogens but I could be wrong

If you bought 4 of these you’d spend 5 dollars…. A pound a meat at Walmart is 3.50 to 4 dollars. Idk. Those frozen Pattie’s are so bad.

i used to buy the 5# box back in the day. didn't care for them as a burger, but smothered in brown gravy that has onions and mushrooms in it made /1
